Ban on Spousal Sponsorship
The Ban is effective for guys who entered Canada as sponsored spouses. They can not sponsor spouse for five years since the date they became permanent resident

From April 01, 2012 Service Canada will start online applications for L.M.O. processings. Only qualified employers and third party's are able to make use of it. This is expected to reduce the processing time to 15-20 days from 6-8 weeks
